XTAR has been a technology-led manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries and smart chargers since 2006, working from Shenzhen. The company keeps the whole process in-house, from protection-circuit design through production to testing, in its own ISO 9001-certified factory, and holds more than 140 patents and technical certifications.
