✅FAQ

Why is my phone stuck in the housing?: Remove your screen protector before inserting. A plastic film can adhere to the membrane; a tempered glass protector may be too thick and cause jamming.
Are air bubbles in the membrane a defect?: No. Bubbles can form when air dissolved in the liquid comes out under low pressure or high temperatures. This is normal and does not affect operation.
My screen turned off underwater and I cannot wake it. Why?: For iPhone, enable Raise to Wake. For Android, disable Mistouch Prevention and set screen sleep to NEVER, or use a keep-awake app like Wakey.
Can I operate it with dry suit gloves?: Most dry suit gloves use insulating materials and will not transmit touch. DIVEVOLK makes a finger cot specifically designed for dry suit glove use.
If I upgrade my phone, can I reuse this housing?: Yes. The modular adapter design means you only need to purchase a new phone adapter to fit your new device.
