In-stock orders are usually processed the same working day. If an item isn’t on the shelf, we replenish it — typically within 2–4 days — and send your order out the moment it arrives.

Made-to-order gear, such as certain Nauticam ports and extensions, takes longer — we’ll confirm the lead time with you before you commit.

Need it urgently? Tell us before you place the order and we’ll be honest about what we can commit to.

We don’t sit on orders. If something unforeseen slows yours down — a stock gap, a courier hiccup — we’ll tell you early and do our best to put it right.

We ship within Singapore by courier and worldwide via tracked international services. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Warranty

Products carry their manufacturer’s warranty (Nauticam, AOI, Kraken and others). If you run into an issue, reach out and we will help you with the claim.
